Both, and they work identically. The scan reads whatever pack you upload — council, state, federal, or a private RFT from a shopping centre, hospital group, head contractor or national retailer. Private packs are often worse for buried requirements, because a facilities manager wrote them rather than a procurement team. The only thing that differs is outcomes: when a government tender is awarded the result gets published, so we can find it for you. Private buyers don't publish, so you tell us how it went.

Yes. Your documents are stored in Australia, never used to train anything, never shared, and deleted 30 days after your tender closes. Delete them earlier any time with one click.
+Does it guarantee my bid is compliant?
